Job groups
In 2025, 43{nbsp]% of all female employees in the AUP are classified in Job group III A (716 out of 1,669), making it by far the largest employment group for women. The majority of men, on the other hand, are distributed relatively evenly across employment groups III A, III B, and IV A. If the four lower (I – IIIA) and the four upper employment groups (III B – V) are clustered, a gender asymmetry becomes apparent: 62 % of all women, but only 46 % of all men are in the lower four job groups. 54 % of all men, but only 38 % of all women are in the upper four job groups.
